Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM consultant with expertise in Core HR, Journeys, and Redwood Experience, including functional configuration, SIT/UAT, integrations, and enterprise ERP implementation support.

Position Overview

As part of our upcoming Oracle Fusion implementation, the Data Services organization is seeking experienced consultants to support the Human Capital Management (HCM) workstream. This multi-year program includes redesigning Core HR, employee experience, and HR operations through Oracle Fusion's Redwood and Journeys frameworks.

The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will be responsible for hands-on configuration, functional design, testing, deployment readiness, and cross-functional coordination within the HCM workstream.

Key Responsibilities

Lead configuration and functional design for Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Journeys, and Redwood Experience components. Conduct workshop sessions with HR stakeholders to document business requirements and align on end-to-end future-state processes. Support cross-functional needs with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and the Finance/SCM teams. Develop and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios; document defects and drive timely resolution. Participate in cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare support activities. Provide functional guidance on integrations and data flows impacting the HCM ecosystem. Partner with program leadership to ensure adherence to standards, timelines, and project governance. Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional experience. Hands-on configuration experience in:

Core HR Journeys Redwood Framework

Strong understanding of HCM business processes and ability to design scalable workflows. Experience supporting multi-phase ERP programs, including configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live transition. Familiarity with Oracle integration and data migration concepts preferred. Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related area preferred. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus but not required. Work Model & Eligibility

Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Brentwood. Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (federal contract requirement). Relocation expenses are not covered.
