A consulting and services firm supporting Life Sciences IT organizations, is seeking a hands-on QA Lead for a contract role focused on internal system testing and CRM workflow validation.

Role Highlights:
Contract position, remote, EST hours
Lead manual QA for new systems, UI workflows, and user experience validation
Plan and execute test cases, manage UAT/SAT sessions
Partner with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure quality
Track and report defects using Jira
Help define QA best practices and readiness for automation (future scope)
What You Bring:
7+ years' manual QA experience including CRM/workflow testing
Experience leading UAT and cross-functional QA efforts
Proficiency in Jira, Excel, and strong documentation skills
Salesforce or Health Cloud testing experience Must
Background in biotech, life sciences, or patient services Must
