POSITION:
Senior ERP Functional/Technical Consultant ( Dymax ERP ) COMPANY : AeroSpace Industry LOCATION : Remote (CST hours) TYPE : Consulting (Initial 3-month engagement; extension likely)
Senior techno-functional Dymax ERP consultant with 8+ years ERP experience across P2P, O2C, Inventory, strong SQL, ERP configuration/workflow analysis, control gap remediation, documentation, and stakeholder communication (NetSuite integration a plus).

REQUIREMENTS: 8+ years of ERP consulting experience, ideally supporting distribution, manufacturing, aerospace, or supply chain environments Strong techno-functional expertise in
Dymax ERP
(highly preferred / niche requirement); not looking for an Accountant/Finance "super-user" Proven experience supporting core ERP process cycles: Procure-to-Pay (Purchasing, Receiving, AP) Order-to-Cash (Sales Orders, Shipping, AR) Inventory Management & Valuation Ability to assess ERP module configurations, workflows, and business process gaps Strong SQL skills for ERP data analysis, validation, and transaction tracing (queries, joins, reconciliation support) Experience identifying operational and financial control weaknesses (ex: duplicate vendor invoice prevention, transaction accuracy) Ability to document "as-is" and "to-be" workflows to support standardization and future ERP migration Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills - must translate technical ERP details into business-friendly guidance Experience working in lightly documented legacy ERP environments where reverse-engineering workflows is required NetSuite integration familiarity is a plus (Dymax operational ERP feeding financial ERP) Key Project Focus Areas (First 90 Days):
Discovery and assessment of Dymax workflows, module usage, and transaction flows Improve inventory transaction traceability and reconciliation confidence Identify and remediate high-impact control gaps (duplicate invoices, inconsistent posting rules) Develop SQL-based validation and reporting support for finance and operations Document standardized processes and integration touchpoints between Dymax and NetSuite Provide roadmap recommendations for long-term ERP migration planning
