Spanish Bilingual - Receptionist
for a long-term temp to hire position. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and requires professionalism, discretion, and experience handling sensitive information. $17/hour , and work hours are
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday .
Essential Job Functions include: Greet and assist clients professionally in person and over the phone in English and Spanish. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while maintaining confidentiality. Schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately. Handle sensitive client and financial information with discretion. Provide administrative and front-desk support to various departments as needed. Requirements for the
Spanish Bilingual - Receptionist
position are:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is REQUIRED. Prior receptionist or administrative experience handling confidential information. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems.
