As our Outbound Sales Rep – CSR, you'll earn a competitive wage of
$17–$26 per hour
plus

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE? This is a full‑time, in‑office position,
starting at 30–35 hours per week , with
opportunities to increase to 40+ hours
and transition into
partial work‑from‑home
after onboarding and proven performance.
As our Outbound Sales Rep – CSR, you'll make calls to homeowners from provided lists, introducing our HVAC services and promotions while building rapport. You'll guide conversations to schedule appointments, identify opportunities for our VIP Membership program, and document interactions in our CRM. Focus on activity and booking goals, maintain a professional phone presence, and contribute directly to company growth.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN OUTBOUND SALES REP – CSR? We're looking for someone who can work full‑time while meeting the following qualifications:
Proven experience making outbound calls to cold lists
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
Organized and detail‑oriented
Goal‑driven and self‑motivated
Previous outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center experience
Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
