Join Amazon Web Services as a Cloud Sales Representative, a role that brings cloud solutions to new and existing customers across various industries. You will own a geographic territory, engage C‑level decision makers, and drive the adoption and expansion of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve production targets, including annual revenue quota, new workloads, and pipeline development.
Generate new business opportunities through multi‑channel outreach and qualify inbound leads.
Grow usage of AWS services with existing customers through account planning and management.
Understand customers’ technology footprint, challenges, and business objectives to recommend appropriate solutions.
Track activity accurately and forecast pipeline and sales metrics in Salesforce.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, discovery, building technical and business cases, negotiating, and closing deals.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (demand generation, solutions architects, partner sales, etc.) to meet customer needs.
Leverage the Amazon Partner Network to acquire new clients and accelerate service adoption.
Innovate and develop creative ways for customers to adopt cloud services across regions.
A Day in the Life As a CSR, you will actively engage customers to harness cloud technology, maintain active relationships, and consistently exceed sales quotas.
Basic Qualifications
Experience engaging and influencing C‑level executives, both business and technical.
Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within the cloud or technology space.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated with a disciplined approach to prospecting and pipeline building.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling cloud or infrastructure services to enterprises.
Knowledge of AWS services and solutions.
Ability to navigate complex organizational buying processes.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: CAD 72,000 – 120,300. In addition, total compensation may include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, and sales incentives.
