Mechanical Estimator
to join a growing team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial mechanical projects, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities
Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams Collaborate with project managers and operations to ensure accurate project handoff Track and manage multiple bids while meeting deadlines Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC, piping, or plumbing) Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
