Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with 6+ years on the Salesforce platform and strong hands-on architecture experience. This role combines technical leadership, solution design, and client engagement in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities • Lead Salesforce architecture and implementation design Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Design and oversee complex low-code and custom development Guide integrations, security models, and platform best practices Support discovery, testing, training, and delivery efforts Mentor team members and provide technical leadership Required Qualifications • 6+ years Salesforce experience; 4+ years in an Architect role
Strong Apex, Flows, Process Builder (5+ years) CI/CD experience (cumulusCI a plus) Experience with 2nd Gen Packages Proven debugging, automation, and integration skills Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have • Litify, SQL, prior Business Analyst experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
