Our client is looking for a
Senior IT Architect
with deep Salesforce expertise to lead enterprise-level architecture and integration across hybrid cloud environments. This strategic role will shape the future of customer engagement, data integration, and platform scalability. You'll partner with senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to define architectural frameworks, integration strategies, and governance processes. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. Establish and maintain Salesforce architecture frameworks. Ensure compliance, security, and data governance across the Salesforce platform. Drive integration strategies with AWS, GCP, and on-premise systems. Define and document data integration patterns (SaaS, PaaS, cloud, on-prem). Produce architectural artifacts and documentation. Translate technology direction into business value for stakeholders. Influence senior leadership and promote adoption of innovative solutions. Research emerging technologies and evaluate strategic fit. Provide architectural guidance to ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and operable. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10-15+ years of progressive IT/architecture experience. Salesforce Architect certification (Technical Architect or Application Architect). Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Loyalty, and Data Cloud. Strong integration experience with MuleSoft, REST APIs, and Event-driven architectures. Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills. Preferred Skills Cloud:
Google Cloud, AWS, cloud-native architectures. Data:
Hospitality data, Big Data, AI/ML, BI tools & reporting. Middleware/Apps:
Web and native applications, property management systems, Kubernetes.
