Mandatory Qualifications • 712+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. • Hands on experience with at least one full cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation. • Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, and at least one advanced module (Projects, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses). • Proven experience working on ERP transformation or cloud migration programs.
Technical & Tools Expertise • Oracle Fusion Financials configuration • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • REST / SOAP APIs • BI Publisher, OTBI • FBDI / ADFDI • Data migration and reconciliation • Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
Roles & Responsibilities
ERP Transformation & Functional Responsibilities • Partner with Finance stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, Treasury, Tax) to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements. • Analyze legacy ERP financial processes and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial best practices. • Drive end to end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, including:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Fixed Assets (FA)
o Cash Management
o Projects Financials
o Expenses & Tax (as applicable) • Prepare and own Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution blueprints. • Support CRPs, UAT execution, defect triage, and business sign offs.
Techno Functional & Integration Responsibilities • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on approved designs. • Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and external/legacy systems, including:
o Procurement & supply chain systems
o Payroll / HCM
o Banking systems
o Third party billing or project costing systems • Leverage Oracle technologies such as:
o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o REST / SOAP APIs
o FBDI / ADFDI
o BI Publisher & OTBI • Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities. • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data, integration, and performance issues.
Governance, Controls & Compliance • Ensure solutions align with internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements. • Support period close, reconciliation, and statutory reporting processes. • Participate in design authority reviews and enforce architectural standards. • Support cutover, go live, and hypercare/post deployment stabilization.
Salary Range $120,000-$150,000 Per year
