The Sales & Commercial Analytics Analyst will play a critical role in driving sales and commercial analytics capabilities through the effective use of data, tools, and reporting across Ocean Spray's International & Ingredients (I&I) business.

You will serve as the go-to analytics partner for sales insights within I&I. As part of the Strategy & Insights Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate closely with Insights and Sales Operations colleagues and support regional international teams to help deliver overall business objectives.

A Day in the Life...

Act as the primary technical and analytical resource for creating, expanding, and managing the Global Consumption Dashboard; support the Insights team and regional business teams in identifying key trends and growth opportunities Support Sales Operations with field sales communications (regular and ad hoc), including customer set-up, price list updates, new and discontinued items, and supply updates Provide customer- and product-level sales analytics by integrating data from internal and external sources to support business decision-making Develop tools and reporting to track, communicate, and improve promotional effectiveness, new product launch execution, and account-specific P&Ls Support the development of tools and analytics that build Revenue Growth Management capabilities within regional business teams Manage COE administrative activities including budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing Support I&I strategic initiatives by delivering relevant data, insights, and timely reporting Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI to build and maintain a suite of reports supporting sales, marketing, and operations Utilize appropriate tools to track key sales objectives including merchandising, assortment, profitability, shelving, and forecasting Collaborate with sales teams and broker partners, as needed, to develop reporting and analytical tools Assist in the annual sales planning process Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses as business needs evolve What We Are Looking For:

Required

Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Category Support environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud Basic understanding of syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) Basic understanding of category and commercial analytics Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Experience supporting international or regional business teams outside of North America Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience: At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary: $59,700 - $82,060

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
