
Product Lead

**Position Responsibilities:*** Translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed features, user stories, and data product requirements, including data models, transformations, and integration needs.* Own and manage the product backlog across data products, pipelines, and integrations, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business objectives.* Partner with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure high quality, scalable, and timely delivery of data solutions.* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data needs and metrics, and validate solutions against business outcomes.* Define and document data definitions, lineage, and acceptance criteria to ensure consistency, usability, and transparency.* Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, to support effective delivery.* Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through validation, testing, and monitoring practices.* Support integration efforts across systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between upstream and downstream platforms.* Track and communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems and data pipelines.* Support user acceptance testing, releases, and post launch validation of data products and reporting outputs.* Drive continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback, data usage insights, and performance metrics.* Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.**EXPERIENCE*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, data product delivery, business analysis, or related discipline.* Experience working with data warehouse platforms, data pipelines, and system integrations in an enterprise environment.* Experience translating business requirements into detailed user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.* Experience working in agile environments and partnering closely with engineering, QA, and delivery teams.* Experience managing product backlogs and supporting end-to-end delivery of data or integration solutions.**Preferred:*** Experience working with enterprise data platforms, cloud data warehouses, or modern data stack technologies.* Experience with ETL or ELT processes, data integration tools, and data transformation frameworks.* Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata or lineage practices.* Experience working across multiple systems and managing dependencies in complex data ecosystems.**DEGREE TYPE:*** Bachelor's Degree**FIELD(S) OF STUDY:** Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data and integration challenges.* Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.* Effective collaboration across engineering, QA, and business teams to drive aligned delivery.* Clear and concise communication, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.* High attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy, definitions, and validation.* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.* Ownership mindset with a focus on accountability and delivery outcomes.* Working knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles.**CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES****Preferred:**Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).Data Management certifications such as DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or similar data and analytics certification.**ABOUT NCLH**
