Senior Salesforce Administrator

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator reporting to the Salesforce Architecture Manager in our Customer Technology team, you will be a cornerstone of our CRM strategy. Your role goes beyond day-to-day maintenance; you will lead major projects, define architectural best practices, and serve as a technical mentor for the broader Admin team. You will be responsible for ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is scalable, secure, and aligned with our strategic business goals, specifically focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Specifically, you will:

Solution Design & Governance:

Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery while enforcing architectural best practices and providing design oversight for junior and mid-level team members.

Declarative Configuration & Automation:

Build and optimize data models and design sophisticated Flows across multiple objects, prioritizing performance and strictly adhering to Governor Limits and documentation standards.

User Access & Security:

Design and optimize security models for complex, multi-functional teams, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules, while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.

Data Management & Reporting:

Implement formal data governance, backup strategies, and data retention policies, and manage large-scale data migrations and cleanup projects. Manage the creation of high-level dashboards tailored for executive-level consumption and strategic decision-making.

Requirements & Stakeholder Management:

Partner with business stakeholders to challenge requests, propose technical alternatives that meet true user needs, and lead training sessions to drive platform adoption.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

5+ years of hands‑on experience managing and configuring Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, including a strong understanding of their respective licensing models and capabilities.

3+ years of mentoring experience with a genuine passion for elevating the technical skills of a distributed team.

At least 1 year of experience with Agentforce, to automate business processes.

A high level of resilience and adaptability, as you’ll be navigating a fast‑paced implementation cycle within a rapidly evolving scale‑up.

Fluent English at C1 level or above. You must be able to lead conversations with international stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.

Hands‑on experience with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud.

Strong Business Analyst skills, specifically the ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

Proven experience in managing third‑party integrations and a strong conceptual understanding of Apex, LWC, and APIs.
