Senior Salesforce Administrator
to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville. This person will bring at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, using a results-driven approach to manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce environments that support business operations and encourage strong user adoption. They will design and implement scalable solutions using declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, and custom objects to streamline workflows and strengthen data integrity.
This individual will also lead efforts in user management, security model design, reporting and dashboards, and system integrations, with a focus on creating a seamless and effective user experience while aligning Salesforce capabilities with broader organizational goals. Working cross-functionally, this person will gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver thoughtful, efficient solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. Success in this role comes from strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a mindset of continuous improvement, along with hands-on experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Oversee release management, sandbox strategy, and deployment processes
Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend enhancements
Building and maintaining custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards tailored to real estate workflows (leasing pipeline, tenant lifecycle, deal tracking)
Day-to-day administration of the Salesforce org - user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, and license management
Managing data quality - deduplication, import/export, ongoing hygiene across property, tenant, and contact records
Evaluating and managing AppExchange applications and integrations with third-party real estate platforms
Ensure security, compliance and data governance alignment across Salesforce orgs and integrations.
Collaborate with IT and enterprise architects to align Salesforce architecture with JD Edwards and corporate systems.
Documenting processes, system changes, and configurations
Supporting leasing teams with pipeline visibility and deal stage management across a national portfolio
Partnering with asset management and operations on tenant onboarding, lease expiration tracking, and renewal workflows
Training and onboarding new users; driving adoption across leasing, property management, and executive teams
Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and any external Salesforce partners or consultants

Are You Qualified?
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience
Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform architecture
Proficiency in standard & custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
Strong grasp of profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Experience with Lightning Experience customization (Lightning App Builder, dynamic forms)
Data import/export using tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard
Data quality management (validation rules, duplicate management)
Knowledge of data modeling and relationships (Lookup, Master-Detail)
Understanding of field-level security and org-wide defaults
Expertise in Flow Builder (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows)
Experience with Workflow Rules and Process Builder (legacy + migration to Flow)
Ability to design scalable automation with best practices
Approval processes and business process automation
Scheduling and report automation
Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (via middleware or native tools)
Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft (nice-to-have)
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific clouds
