Responsible for the oversight and management of the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT, and/or Speech. Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment, as required. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Responsibilities

Develops and manages the operating and capital budgets Directs daily operations and performance of staff Oversees and manages the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT, and/or Speech Has ability to hire, fire and discipline Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment, as required. Performs related duties as required Qualifications

Required:

Education:

Master's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language pathology;

OR Bachelor’s degree in related field

Experience: 5 years in healthcare management Licensure/Certification: Maintain licensure, as required by State law

Preferred:

Education: Doctoral degree in physical therapy or master's degree in related fields
