Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance operations
Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, schedules, and daily activities
Conduct routine inspections of equipment, systems, and building infrastructure to ensure safety and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, inspections, and preventative maintenance
