Responsibilities

Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.

Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.

Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.

Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.

Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.

Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.

Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.

Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.

Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.

Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

What You Will Need to Have

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Compensation Base Pay: $17.20 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.89 per hour.

Our sales compensation programs offer significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve sales targets.
