Overview We're looking for a
UX Designer
to help shape the next generation of our Client's AI Virtual Assistant technology experience. You'll design how users interact with the AI Tool across
voice, mobile, and connected devices
, creating intuitive, intelligent, and seamless experiences powered by AI. This role sits at the intersection of
UX, conversational design, and AI/ML
, translating complex capabilities into simple, user-friendly interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Design
end-to-end user experiences
for AI Assistant across voice, mobile, and multi-device environments
Create
user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
for conversational and multimodal interactions
Define and refine
voice UX patterns
(prompts, responses, error handling, follow-ups)
Collaborate with
product managers, AI/ML engineers, and developers
to bring concepts to life
Translate
AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences
Conduct or support
usability testing and iteration
based on feedback and data
Contribute to
design systems and interaction standards
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in
UX / Product Design is required
Strong portfolio demonstrating
interaction design and user flows is required
Experience designing
complex digital products
(mobile, web, or platforms)
is required.
Prior experience designing for AI Agents/Virtual Assistants is a huge plus.
Proficiency in
Figma or similar design tools is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
conversational UX or voice interfaces
Exposure to
AI/ML-driven products or intelligent systems
Experience with
multimodal design
(voice + screen + touch)
Background designing for
multi-device ecosystems
(mobile, IoT, smart home)
Familiarity with
usability testing and research methods
