Provide clear information regarding services, report status, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications and Experience:

Any Bachelor's degree.
Experience:

Required Skills:
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening skills and a patient‑centric attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (email, chat tools, familiarity with CRM basics is a plus).
