Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in disciplines such as biochemistry and pathology.
Manage the entire sample lifecycle, including accurate collection, labeling, processing, and storage.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
Analyze test results, ensure their accuracy, and prepare comprehensive reports for clinical review.
Adhere strictly to quality control, safety, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualification:
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).
Experience:
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in a biochemistry, pathology, or diagnostic lab setting.
