Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Role Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to service delivery leadership and the People team, ensuring our consultant workforce is supported, compliant, and aligned with client needs. This role partners closely with Service Delivery Leads, Talent Acquisition, and Client stakeholders to manage the full consultant lifecycle—from workforce planning and onboarding through performance support and offboarding.

This HRBP plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across People processes, maintaining compliance, supporting talent enablement, and improving hiring and workforce management processes. This role also partners closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruiting pipelines align with delivery needs and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Service Delivery Leads, Talent Acquisition, and client stakeholders to align workforce strategy with business priorities.

Act as the primary People partner to assigned service delivery teams.

Advise leadership on people-related issues including performance management, team dynamics, and talent development.

Ensure alignment between delivery teams, recruiting priorities, and People Operations processes.

Facilitate effective communication between leadership, consultants, and People Ops.

Consultant Lifecycle Management: Manage and support the end-to‑end consultant lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and transitions.

Compliance & Workforce Governance: Ensure the consultant workforce operates in compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Talent Acquisition Partnership: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs and ensure recruiting processes align with delivery priorities.

Talent Enablement & Employee Relations: Support the development and performance of consultants by partnering with leadership to address performance and development needs.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Continuously improve People Operations processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Administrative Oversight: Provide oversight and coordination of operational tasks executed by People Operations support staff.

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Operations, or Talent Operations roles.

Experience supporting consultant or client‑facing workforces.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience partnering with recruiting teams on hiring strategy and pipeline management.

Experience managing employee relations and performance management processes.

Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.

Experience working with HR systems such as Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
