Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Job Summary Seeking a motivated and results-driven
Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
to join a team at one of the fastest-growing insurance companies in the nation.
Compensation Package
Base Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 annually
Commission :
New Business: 45% of revenue (55% if bundling home and auto on the same day)
Renewals: 20% of revenue

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business valued at approximately $1.8 million, with account sizes ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 in average premiums.
Combine account management and sales responsibilities, with a focus on generating new business.
Achieve a monthly sales target of $30,000 in new business by month 4 or 5.
Handle accounts from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
Leverage 50% inbound leads and generate 50% of your own leads through networking, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Utilize Applied and EZLynx software for account management and quoting.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of strong experience in an independent or captive insurance agency.
Proven ability to generate leads, network, and build relationships with outside sales partners.
Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in using Applied and EZLynx software is preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
