Position Overview PNC Bank is seeking a
Senior Experience Designer
to join a newly formed enterprise product organization focused on building scalable, reusable platform capabilities. This role will drive user-centered design for complex enterprise workflows and multi-user systems, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise platforms and workflows
Partner with Product and Engineering across discovery, design, and delivery
Create wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma
Contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems and UX standards
Conduct or support user research and usability testing
Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across products
Participate in design reviews and collaborate during development cycles
Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
Strong expertise in
Figma
(wireframing, prototyping, high‑fidelity design)
Experience designing
enterprise or platform-based products
Hands‑on experience with
design systems and component-based design
Proven collaboration with
Product Owners and Engineering teams
Ability to design
complex workflows and multi‑user journeys
Preferred Skills
Experience with
user research and usability testing
Background in
financial services or regulated environments
Experience defining
UX standards, patterns, and frameworks
Exposure to
enterprise‑scale platform design
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration
Proactive and self‑driven mindset
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments
Education
Bachelor’s degree required (UX, Human Factors, or related field preferred)
