Position Overview

PNC Bank is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join a newly formed enterprise product organization focused on building scalable, reusable platform capabilities. This role will drive user-centered design for complex enterprise workflows and multi-user systems, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise platforms and workflows


• Partner with Product and Engineering across discovery, design, and delivery


• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma


• Contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems and UX standards


• Conduct or support user research and usability testing
  
• Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across products


• Participate in design reviews and collaborate during development cycles


• Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design


• Strong expertise in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, high‑fidelity design)


• Experience designing enterprise or platform-based products


• Hands‑on experience with design systems and component-based design


• Proven collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering teams


• Ability to design complex workflows and multi‑user journeys

Preferred Skills

• Experience with user research and usability testing


• Background in financial services or regulated environments


• Experience defining UX standards, patterns, and frameworks


• Exposure to enterprise‑scale platform design

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration


• Proactive and self‑driven mindset


• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required (UX, Human Factors, or related field preferred)
