Position Overview
PNC Bank is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join a newly formed enterprise product organization focused on building scalable, reusable platform capabilities. This role will drive user-centered design for complex enterprise workflows and multi-user systems, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise platforms and workflows
- Partner with Product and Engineering across discovery, design, and delivery
- Create wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma
- Contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems and UX standards
- Conduct or support user research and usability testing
- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across products
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate during development cycles
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Strong expertise in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, high‑fidelity design)
- Experience designing enterprise or platform-based products
- Hands‑on experience with design systems and component-based design
- Proven collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering teams
- Ability to design complex workflows and multi‑user journeys
Preferred Skills
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience defining UX standards, patterns, and frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale platform design
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (UX, Human Factors, or related field preferred)
