Chapman BMW Chandler is hiring a Service Consultant to join our team!

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, guiding them through their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs while ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the process. Full-time position | Commission-based pay (uncapped earning potential; average $100,000–$180,000/year)

What You’ll Do

Greet customers in the service drive, confirm scheduled services, and document vehicle concerns

Serve as the main point of contact throughout the service process

Explain maintenance needs and technician recommendations in a clear, professional manner

Provide repair estimates, obtain approvals, and process payments

Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on timelines and costs

Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow

Build lasting relationships and foster customer loyalty through exceptional service

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Support overall service department operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience with a luxury automotive brand (BMW experience preferred)

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized

Self-motivated with a drive to meet performance goals

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment

Service Department hours: Monday–Friday 7am–6pm, Saturday 8am–5pm

5-day workweek with flexible scheduling required

Onsite role in Chandler, Arizona

Work environment includes service drive, office setting, and occasional time in the shop
