Chapman BMW on Camelback is hiring a BMW Service Technician to join our team! We're looking for a highly skilled technician with strong BMW experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering top-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.

In this role, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on BMW vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a professional, employee-focused dealership.

Full-time position | Up to $45 per flag hour (DOE & certifications)

What You'll Do

Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C

Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to Service Advisors

Accurately document inspection findings, service recommendations, and completed work

Complete repairs as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership standards

Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Ensure all work meets BMW quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2+ years of BMW technician experience

ASE and/or BMW certifications strongly preferred

Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule & Work Environment

MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays

Onsite role at Chapman BMW on Camelback

State-of-the-art, air-conditioned shop
