Job Summary We are looking for an energetic Sales Consultant, no dealership experience required, to sell new and pre‑owned vehicles and related products. The hire will be responsible for meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the inventory.

Compensation Base hourly wage $18–$20 per hour. Performance bonuses can increase earnings up to a maximum of $25 per hour based on sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. Bonus amounts vary weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and high energy

Strong communication skills

Professional, well‑groomed appearance

Clean driving record and valid California driver’s license

Flexible working hours

Willingness to undergo pre‑employment background check and drug screen

Experience in automotive sales is a plus but not required

Primary Responsibilities

Set and pursue daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales goals

Build long‑term customer relationships and create repeat business

Be a vehicle expert: understand product offerings, optional packages, technology and aftermarket options

Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles

Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and referrals

Overcome objections and close sales to meet gross profit targets

Report sales activities and results to the Sales Manager

Maintain a positive attitude and consistently close sales
