Responsibilities Luxury Retail Managers lead store teams in luxury retail environments, maintaining brand standards, developing client books, and driving sales performance. They manage premium customer experience delivery and report to regional management.

The Luxury Retail Manager will lead our flagship 'Maison of the Future' operations, integrating high-touch clienteling with advanced AI-driven inventory and customer profiling systems while ensuring strict adherence to emerging ESG and AI regulatory frameworks.

Impact This role directly influences the brand's global sustainability targets and digital transformation ROI, ensuring that 2026 market share is captured through superior omnichannel customer journeys.

Team Structure Directly managing a team of 25, including 3 Assistant Managers, a Lead Stylist, and a dedicated Digital Experience Coordinator.

Reporting Reports to the Regional Director of Retail Operations (EMEA).

Working Conditions Travel Required: 15%. Standard luxury boutique hours; includes 2 Saturdays per month with mid-week compensatory time off.

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain active on the sales floor for up to 6 hours

Frequent use of mobile tablets and wearable retail technology

Qualifications Luxury retail management experience is required.
