Team Structure Leading a cross-functional squad of 15 floor technicians and 2 data analysts.
Reports To Reports to the Senior Production Manager; dotted line to the Chief Sustainability Officer.
Working Conditions Travel Required: 15%
Rotating morning and afternoon shifts; weekend on-call rotation once per month.
Physical Requirements Ability to remain mobile on the production floor for up to 4 hours per day.
Comfort wearing PPE and industrial-grade wearable sensors.
