hospice sales role
requires direct hospice experience—we’re seeking someone who understands hospice philosophy, compliance, referral dynamics, and how to grow census with integrity.

Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000+ (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Develop and grow hospice referral relationships across Oklahoma City
Partner with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and community leaders
Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and value
Increase hospice census through ethical, patient-centered growth strategies
Conduct in-person visits, facility calls, and community outreach
Track referral trends, activity, and performance metrics
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
Previous hospice experience REQUIRED
Hospice business development, liaison, or hospice sales experience preferred
Strong understanding of hospice regulations and eligibility criteria
Established referral network in the Oklahoma City market preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
