Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Analyze inventory utilization and monetization trends across the Hearst portfolio to surface actionable insights
Build and maintain reporting frameworks that support pricing, yield optimization, and revenue strategy
Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to inform media planning, packaging, and pre-sale decision-making
Monitor campaign delivery and ad product performance, proactively identifying risks and optimization opportunities
Diagnose performance issues and recommend data-driven solutions for both active and future campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with Campaign Management, Pricing, and Finance teams to align on revenue goals and operational insights
Develop expertise in core data systems (Salesforce, AdPoint, GAM, and other sources) to strengthen reporting accuracy and depth
Create scalable processes and tools that improve visibility into business performance and support evolving needs
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
3+ years of experience in yield analytics, advertising analytics, or related fields, with broader experience in media or digital advertising
Proven ability to build inventory reports, rate analyses, and profitability models
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including web analytics, audience targeting, and automated buying channels
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM and reporting platforms such as Salesforce
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week in our New York City office

The base salary for this role is $88,000–$106,000. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
