About QUI Tequila
QUI Tequila is a luxury, additive-free tequila brand known for its smooth profile and high-profile collaborations with Chef Nobu and artist KAWS. We are rapidly expanding inside Costco and building a high-performance sales team to drive growth.
The Role
This is a sales-driven role inside Costco, not a passive demo position. You will actively engage shoppers, educate them on the product, and drive bottle sales during your shift. Top performers consistently sell 20+ bottles per day.
Responsibilities
Actively approach and engage Costco members
Deliver a compelling product pitch (training provided)
Drive sales and close customers
Represent the brand with energy and professionalism
Build relationships with store staff
Submit post-event recaps
What We're Looking For
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching strangers
Strong communication and sales ability
Competitive and performance-driven mindset
Reliable and professional
Available Thurs–Sun
Bonus: Sales, acting, hospitality, fitness, or commission-based experience
Compensation
$30–$50/hr based on performance
Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
Typical earnings: $250–$400+ per day
~28 hours/week
Location
Based in Woodland Hills, CA
Must be willing to travel to nearby Costco locations
Travel up to 30 minutes may be required
Travel beyond 30 minutes will be compensated
