Marketing and Communications Coordinator

This role plays a key part in raising the company’s profile and helping Todd Construction compete successfully for new projects. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, write, design, and assemble proposals

Prepare interview materials and presentations

Develop project profiles and employee resumes

Coordinate and manage project photography

Conduct client and partner post-project follow-up

Manage and update the company website

Lead media relations efforts and write press releases

Prepare and submit award applications

Create marketing brochures and other promotional materials

Assist with company meetings, events, and networking opportunities

Network within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry

Oversee and manage company social media channels

Additional Expectations

Excellent English writing skills

Expertise with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office

Manage short-, medium-, and long-term deadlines

Work efficiently under time constraints and with frequent interruptions

Collaborate closely with all staff members

Report directly to company CEOMust be able to pass Todd Construction Inc.’s drug test

Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of industry or relevant experience required

Background in AEC marketing, journalism, grant writing, or related fields preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred

Salary & Benefits

$70k, based on experience
