Partner with the best As part of the CTG Communications team, you will help to connect employees to the work that drives real business results. You'll use your active listening skills and proactivity to create high‑quality content and communications programs that inform and empower CTG employees.

As a Senior Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Shaping and delivering internal communications strategies for key CTG initiatives

Translating complex topics into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences and channels

Advising stakeholders on effective messaging and building self‑service communications resources for employees

Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of content and logistics for quarterly All Hands meetings

Co‑leading an employee advisory group designed to bridge the gap between communication strategy and employee experience

Piloting AI tools to improve team efficiency and discover creative ways to scale impact

Participating in Akamai's Global Communications Network to drive alignment and information‑sharing across the global organization

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

Demonstrate solid business writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and channels

Have proficient experience and knowledge with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets) or equivalent

Have an interest in connecting internal communications strategies to organizational performance

Take ownership of projects and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Be a dedicated team player, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels in a large, complex, and cross‑functional organization

Compensation Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US‑based candidates only – the base salary for this position ranges from $83,200 - $149,800 per year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of an annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
