Overview
Position: Admissions Representative Employer: Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) Location: 2025 Satellite Pointe, Duluth, GA 30096 Opening: Full‑time, Permanent, Non‑profit Closing Date: April 28, 2026 Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (one night 10:00 am – 7:00 pm) Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Saturdays 1–2 times per month as needed for career fairs and open‑house events Compensation
$26 – $29 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Key Duties
Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in‑person or virtual meetings to support applicants Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow‑up Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Associate’s or higher degree preferred
Experience:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit) or post‑secondary educational setting preferred
Skill set:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems Positive, team‑oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
