Position Summary
Continental is seeking a self-starting, energetic and motivated Admissions Representative to be responsible for the recruitment of prospective students from lead to enrollment including financial aid packaging. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your passion for education and ability to connect with students will help inspire future beauty industry professionals to achieve their goals.

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Compensation and Benefits
Starting Pay = $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Health Dental 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Vacation Time – 2 weeks after 90 days and 3 weeks after 1 year Paid Sick Leave Time – accrue up to 40 hours per anniversary year Paid Holidays – 9 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Managing prospective student leads and scheduling appointments to meet with prospective students to explain our program offerings. Ensuring students have the appropriate documentation to enroll in school. Informing students to complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Master Promissory Note (MPN) and explaining SAI results. Completing enrollment paperwork. Ensuring all admission documents have been completed and received. Running award letters. Providing support to current students regarding their financial aid. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
High school diploma, Associates or Bachelors degree are preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales, customer service, and/or admissions and financial aid experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Effective time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office – particularly Word and Excel. Proficient basic math skills. Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus. About us
