Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage customer experiences, and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
Create customer loyalty, grow customer share of wallet, and perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products that meet their needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, thereby driving customer loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $46,800 – $69,000. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive‑eligible with payment based on company and/or individual performance.
