Responsibilities

Demonstrate friendly, positive customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Take orders over the phone and in person, enter orders on a computer or touchscreen, and process payments accurately.

Handle cash, give correct change, and manage monetary transactions.

Upsell products and provide menu information to customers.

Make high‑quality Domino's pizzas, ensure portion control, and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

Prepare food items, stock ingredients, and maintain walk‑in cooler and storage areas.

Operate kitchen equipment, perform general cleaning duties, and keep the store clean and organized.

Manage inventory, complete associated paperwork, and handle equipment maintenance.

Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, following written and verbal instructions.

Use basic math skills to calculate totals, give correct change, and manage inventory data.

Follow safety procedures, including proper hand‑use, lifting techniques, and handling of hot surfaces.

Delivery Responsibilities (Optional)

Deliver products to customers by car within the designated delivery area.

Use safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record.

Navigate streets, private homes, multi‑story buildings, and accommodate adverse terrain while carrying orders.

Count and route loads, interact with customers, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication skills; can speak clearly, listen attentively, and process orders efficiently.

Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accurate monetary handling.

Ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if delivery duties are required). Vehicle acceptable for delivery (if applicable).

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Work is performed primarily from a standing position in a fast‑moving environment.

Requires walking short distances, lifting heavy cases (up to 50 lb), and moving equipment.

Exposure to varying temperatures (36 °F–90 °F+), hot surfaces or equipment up to 500 °F, and food odors.

Requires odor tolerance, limited vision in low light, and physical coordination.

May involve crouching, bending, reaching above head height, and operating manual tools.

Possible exposure to allergens such as cornmeal dust and other kitchen ingredients.
