Job Description We are looking for Audit Senior Associates with experience in various industry verticals including Healthcare, Supply Chain, Insurance, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution, Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
As an Audit Senior Associate, you will lead, gain deep industry insight, grow relationships, and support your team. Key responsibilities include:
Running client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, planning, and related administrative functions.
Supervising, training, mentoring staff and interns on audit processes, and assessing performance for engagement reviews.
Maintaining a strong relationship with clients, working with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services.
Identifying and resolving client issues discovered during the audit process, encouraging collaboration across the team.
Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software.
Engaging with key client management to collect information, resolve audit‑related problems, and recommend business and process improvements.
Qualifications
2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
Background in external audit across Healthcare, Supply Chain, Insurance, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution.
Strong organization, social, technical, accounting, and auditing skills; ability to build positive relationships.
Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.
Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; must meet education requirement for CPA certification in your home state (150 eligible credit hours).
Masters in Accounting, Finance, or related focus preferred.
CPA strongly preferred or pursuing CPA licensing in your state of residence.
Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to client sites.
