Responsibilities
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Guide buyers through the home search, offer, and closing process
Conduct buyer consultations to understand clients’ needs and goals
Schedule showings and coordinate property tours
Help buyers evaluate homes and market conditions
Negotiate purchase agreements and advocate for client interests
Maintain organized client records within the brokerage CRM
Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community connections
Represent the Skyward brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
An established track record of successful real estate sales
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Active Indiana real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Service‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
Organized and comfortable working within a structured brokerage system
Coachable, collaborative, and growth‑minded
