Responsibilities

Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other communication channels to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.

Conduct open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to the local real estate market.

Act as intermediary between buyer and seller to ensure successful close.

Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients.

Seek out potential homebuyers and provide information on properties that meet their needs and budget.

Qualifications

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree desired.

At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.

Familiarity with local market conditions and current real estate trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Earnings This is a commission‑based role with an estimated earnings potential of $75,000+ annually at plan, based on production and market conditions. Compensation may reach $100,000 at plan earnings. The figure represents potential earnings and is not guaranteed.
