What You’ll Do

Connect with buyers, understand their goals, and guide them through the home-buying process

Meet clients, schedule/show homes, and host open houses

Assist with financing, budgeting, and decision‑making

Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to closing

Follow up with leads and build relationships in the community

Use CRM systems to track leads and client progress

Prospect and generate seller leads through networking and outreach

Conduct listing appointments and prepare pricing and market analysis

List homes and coordinate marketing, photography, staging, and promotion

Negotiate offers and guide sellers through closing

Team Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with team members to share strategies and opportunities

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and partners

Stay informed on Marco Island and surrounding market trends

Represent Steve Purcell and Companies and RE/MAX Alliance Group with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with the local real estate market and general trends

1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Show a track record of real estate success

Compensation
$100,000+
