Director, Human Resources Business Partner; senior-most HRBP for Technology and Enabling Services functions (~800 employees). High-impact opportunity for seasoned HR leader balanced strategy & execution. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (CTO, CFO, CLO, CHRO) translating business strategy into people, talent, and organizational actions. Use data to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and influence leaders through compelling, insight-driven storytelling. Support cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives tied to CCC’s priorities. Serve as an active member of the HR Leadership Team, contributing thought partnership and enterprise mindset. Oversee flawless execution of core HR cycles—performance management, compensation, engagement surveys, and talent reviews. Balance strategic initiatives with disciplined execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes and a positive employee experience. Identify and drive improvements to HR processes, focusing on scalability, simplicity, and impact. Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions. Co‑lead the HR Field team as a cohesive unit—driving alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop a team of three HRBPs (one direct report), setting clear expectations and elevating capability, confidence, and impact. Help sustain a team culture grounded in trust, engagement, and shared ownership. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years progressive HRBP experience in mid-size or large organization supporting senior executives. Deep knowledge of HR processes and procedures; success balancing strategic transformation with operational execution. Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills. Excellent consulting, influencing, and communication skills with high executive presence. Strong business acumen aligned with organizational goals. Strong analytical skills; data interpretation and insight generation. Proven experience leading teams across multiple experience levels and HR accountabilities. Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environment; excels at time management, prioritization, and adapting to shifting priorities. Experience with Workday or similar HCM system required. Benefits
