We’re looking for a
Senior Electrical Superintendent
who can lead in high-risk, high-accountability environments where
precision, planning, and execution discipline
define success.
The Role
You will lead
electrical construction inside active hyperscale data centers , owning execution, QA/QC, and energization while maintaining
concurrent maintainability and Tier III/IV reliability .
You are the
onsite authority
ensuring all work is completed safely, correctly, and without impact to operations.
What You’ll Do
Lead electrical work in
live, energized environments (zero downtime)
Plan and execute
tie-ins, cutovers, and energization events
Own
MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and change management processes
Enforce
zero-defect QA/QC
and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Oversee installation of:
MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators
Busway, PDUs, RPPs, and cabling systems
Coordinate with
client operations, commissioning teams, and trades
Lead
switching procedures, LOTO, and outage planning
Drive
first-pass success in testing, commissioning, and turnover
What You Bring
10+ years in
mission-critical electrical construction
Proven experience in
live data center (Day 2 / brownfield) environments
Deep knowledge of:
Critical power systems (MV/LV, UPS, generators)
Concurrent maintainability / Tier III–IV environments
QA/QC, commissioning, and switching procedures
Ability to read
one-lines, schematics, and protection systems
Strong leadership in high-pressure, zero-failure environments
OSHA 30 required | NFPA 70E preferred
