What You’ll Do
Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments.
Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings.
Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain PTA records.
Assist with CTPAT training and security validations.
Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience:
3+ years in customs and international trade (automotive industry preferred).
Skills:
Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
Languages:
English required; Spanish a plus.
Certifications:
CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM
