Member Services Representative (Remote / Washington Local) Overview We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Member Services team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting members with questions related to insurance benefits, billing, and healthcare services. This is a fast-paced call center environment where strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls regarding insurance benefits, coverage, and billing statements Address member concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy Assist members in locating in-network healthcare providers Provide information on premiums, including Medicare, provider assistance, and remittance inquiries Support members with website navigation and basic troubleshooting Answer general questions related to coverage, claims, and plan details Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of call center experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems High school diploma or GED Quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work Preferred Qualifications Previous healthcare or insurance experience Schedule & Training Training Schedule:

MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM PST (first 36 weeks) Post-Training Shift:

Assigned within business hours of 7:00 AM 5:00 PM PST Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends (SundaySaturday availability required) Important:

Attendance during training is mandatory Work Environment 100% remote role Must reside locally near Renton or Spokane, WA Required to pick up equipment onsite and report onsite if needed for technical issues Compensation Pay Rate:

$16-20.35/hour depending on experience
