Expect daily late calls (often 6–8 p.m. PT or later), last‑minute design changes from Paris, containers stuck at port, and zero tolerance for delays. This is not a 9‑to‑5 job. It’s for someone who thrives in chaos and delivers results under intense pressure.

in advance in a highly competitive Asian manufacturing landscape.
Manage all fabric, lace, trim, and embellishment sourcing and purchasing — hitting MOQs, negotiating aggressively, and protecting margins at every step.

Negotiate pricing, surcharges, air freight, payment terms, and all commercial conditions.
Handle full logistics: vessel booking, shipment consolidation, customs clearance, cost optimization, and OTIF (on‑time, in‑full) delivery.
Deliver accurate, real‑time production reports and cost updates to the Paris creative team and US sales team every Monday morning without exception.
