Goldenrod Companies is growing… and we’re looking for a design-driven Interior Designer to help shape some of the most exciting projects in our pipeline.
This isn’t just picking finishes — this is owning the look, feel, and experience across multifamily, hospitality, BTR, and commercial developments.
Backed by a $3B+ platform, you’ll be designing within a fully integrated developer with real projects, real pipeline, and real impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead interior design from concept → completion
Build out finish palettes, materials, and FF&E selections
Present design visions to leadership + key stakeholders
Partner closely with development + construction teams
Ensure designs align with budget, schedule, and execution
Help create consistent branding + elevated design standards
Manage multiple projects across different phases
What Makes This Role Different
Work on large-scale, high-impact developments (not one-off projects)
Direct exposure to ownership + decision makers
Ability to influence design across an entire development platform
Backed by a well-capitalized, fast-growing real estate firm
True blend of creative + execution (not stuck in just one lane)
Who We’re Looking For
5+ years in interior design (multifamily, hospitality, or commercial)
Background with a design or architecture firm
Experience leading projects from concept through construction
Strong with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.
Someone who can balance great design with real-world buildability
