
Senior Business Development Executive - US Market

Job Summary
Scope of Work: Lead sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities with both direct and indirect clients. Support account expansion through strategic outreach and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Conduct targeted outreach via email, and phone.
Qualify leads and hold discovery meetings to understand client needs and pain points.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and seamless handover.
Re-engage former clients and upsell based on prior interactions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and update all sales activities consistently.
Meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Who you are
Demonstrated experience in
B2B sales , preferably within the localization, translation, or other service-based industries.
Strong understanding of
outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and account-based selling strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Ability and willingness to work
US time zone hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Egypt time) .
Proven track record of successfully managing the
full sales cycle , from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and deal closure.
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and lead generation tools .
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
