The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing campaigns and client initiatives through effective planning, execution, and communication. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Charleston, SC, requiring active collaboration with internal teams and agency clients to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include: Supporting Account Executives in managing a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, including coordination of timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional resources. Managing day‑to‑day client communications, including meeting agendas, recaps, status updates, and follow‑up documentation. Preparing and delivering campaign performance reports, translating analytics into clear insights and recommendations. Coordinating with internal creative, digital, and content teams to ensure consistent, on‑brand execution. Providing project support to the Chief Strategy Officer on new business initiatives and strategic engagements. Staying informed on healthcare marketing trends, regulatory considerations, and industry best practices. Qualifications

Strong account management and client relationship‑building skills. Experience in marketing, including campaign management, digital marketing, and content strategy. Experience or knowledge in marketing research and marketing strategy. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with marketing technology, analytics tools, and CRM platforms. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare marketing industry. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to assist executive leadership projects. Compensation

The starting annual salary for this position is $60,000.00. Health insurance, PTO, and additional benefits are available after completion of the probationary period.
